Job Overview:
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, and a proven track record of driving growth through paid media.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage display advertising campaigns, including programmatic buying and retargeting strategies.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CPC, CTR, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates.
• Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and optimize budget allocation across channels.
• Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and others.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Certification in Google Ads or other relevant digital marketing certifications is a plus.

Pay: ?240,000.00 - ?360,000.00 per year
