The ideal candidate is an expert in performance marketing with a strong ability to create, manage, and optimize campaigns that drive measurable outcomes. Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO is an added advantage.

Responsibilities :

• Performance Marketing :
• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and more.
• Monitor ad spend, analyze performance metrics, and ensure ROI-positive campaigns.
• Strategic Planning :
• Identify and implement growth strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Conduct A/B testing on campaigns, creatives, and landing pages to maximize conversions.
• Reporting & Analytics :
• Track campaign performance and generate detailed reports with actionable insights.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar to measure success.
• SEO and Digital Marketing (Optional but Preferred) :
• Conduct basic on-page and off-page SEO activities.
• Optimize content and keywords to improve organic reach and traffic.
• Market Research :
• Analyze audience behavior and market trends to refine targeting and strategy.
• Collaboration :
• Work closely with designers, developers, and the content team to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing goals.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in performance marketing with measurable results.
• Expertise in paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Ability to track and optimize campaigns for ROI.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
