Job Description

• Planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing campaigns across various channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy. o Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging ad copies, graphics, and landing pages that align with campaign objectives.
• Perform A/B testing to evaluate and optimize campaign elements such as ad copies, headlines, and landing pages.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
