Role Overview Description

• Develop and execute Facebook & Google Ad campaigns to meet business objectives.
• Optimize and Scale campaigns for maximum ROI and conversions.
• Conduct audience research and refine targeting strategies.
• Collaborate with the Creative Strategy team to churn high performing Ads.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in performance marketing, applying best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.

Skills & Competencies

• Minimum 3 years of experience in strategizing & executing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as Facebook ads, Google ads, LinkedIn ads.
• Experience in managing $30,000 ticket size campaign
• Experience in e-commerce/D2C, Ed-tech or digital agency is preferred.
• Proven track record of driving and exceeding revenue targets and business goals.
• Able to run both conversion and lead generation campaigns
• Ability to ideate & iterate product angles at break-neck speed in order to improve campaign conversion rates & ROAS metrics.
• Strong understanding of funnels and their associated metrics.
• Strong understanding of conversion copywriting & pattern-interrupt ads.
• Ability to scale campaigns in identified markets rapidly based on ROI benchmarking.
• Strong understanding of optimization tactics that impact ROI metrics.
• Hands-on experience in setting up & managing reporting dashboards and analytics.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and experience in setting up projects combined with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to operate in a hyper-paced startup & thrive under pressure.
• Analytical ability to break a marketing problem down to solutions and impact measurement, ability to effectively manage time, build & manage a team of performance marketing professionals.
