We're seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer to strategize, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). The ideal candidate excels in data analysis, A/B testing, and driving ROI while collaborating with creative, content, and product teams.
Responsibilities:
1.Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
2.Analyze key metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS) and provide actionable insights.
3.Manage budgets and refine audience targeting.
4.Conduct A/B testing and improve conversion rates.
5.Collaborate on creative assets and landing pages.
6.Stay updated on trends and platform updates.
Requirements:
1.Proven experience in performance marketing and analytics tools.
2.Strong skills in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
3.Expertise in audience segmentation and retargeting.
4.Knowledge of conversion rate optimization and attribution models.
Preferred:
1.Experience in B2B and B2C campaigns.
2.Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
