Job Description

We are seeking a talented Performance Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) to achieve performance goals.
• Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook) ads campaigns, including campaign setup, targeting, creative development, and performance monitoring.
• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube) to maximize ROI and achieve performance objectives.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive engagement and conversions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and advertising platforms.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Performance Marketer or in a similar role, with a strong focus on social media management, Meta (Facebook) ads, and Google Ads.
• Hands-on experience with managing and optimizing campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other social media advertising platforms.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
