About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketer to spearhead our real estate lead-generation efforts across multiple digital channels . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Quora, and WhatsApp. This role is integral to our marketing team and will focus on generating high-quality leads that drive revenue and brand growth.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of digital marketing and performance marketing experience, with at least 2-3 years in the real estate sector .

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution : Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Quora, and WhatsApp.

Lead Generation : Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive lead volume and quality

Platform Management : Oversee listings and advertising on 99acres, Housing.com, NoBroker, MagicBricks, and similar platforms.

Budget Management , Digital Campaigns & Analytics and Reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?55,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
