Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Set up and manage PPC campaigns, ensuring high ROI and ROAS.
• Data-Driven Optimization:
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Implement A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies to optimize results.
• Budget Management:
• Allocate budgets effectively across channels and campaigns, ensuring maximum performance and efficiency.
• Track and report daily/weekly/monthly spends versus results.
• Audience Targeting & Retargeting:
• Build custom audiences based on data insights.
• Deploy effective retargeting strategies to nurture and convert leads.
• Creative Collaboration:
• Collaborate with graphic designers and content teams to create impactful ad creatives and copy.
• Ensure branding consistency across campaigns.
• Performance Reporting:
• Prepare detailed reports showcasing campaign KPIs, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
• Expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and data interpretation.
• Advanced knowledge of audience segmentation and targeting.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms.
• Experience in handling large-scale ad campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
