Job Description

Job Title: Performance Marketer

Location: Kalyan-Dombivili, Thane, Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

KPI Optimization: Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and owned media channels.

Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to generate regular performance reports, providing insights into key metrics, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to communicate results and suggest strategies for optimization.

Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing marketing budgets for paid advertising campaigns, ensuring effective use of ad spending budgets and managing ROAS.

Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for increased traffic and improved targeting.

Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and changes in search engine algorithms.

Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.

A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing strategies to experiment with ad creatives, targeting options, and other variables to enhance campaign performance.

Continuous Learning: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on performance marketing.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kalyan-Dombivli, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
