Performance Marketer

to drive high-ROI digital campaigns for Founders, Entrepreneurs, and Professionals. If you're data-driven and have expertise in running paid ad campaigns, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI, conversions, and lead generation. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve campaign efficiency. Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and generate performance reports with actionable insights. Manage budgets and allocate spending effectively across digital channels. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, PPC strategies, and advertising tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing, PPC, or paid advertising. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data tracking tools. Experience with lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and retargeting strategies. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
