Job Title: Performance Marketer

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketer to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on driving performance and ROI through various online channels. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize campaigns, increase conversions, and drive revenue growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including paid search, display, social media, and email marketing
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and objectives
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in performance marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including ROI, CTR, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing
• Proven track record of driving results through digital advertising campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Google Ads and Facebook Ads certification is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
