Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram Ads) .
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of ad spend for maximum ROI.
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
• Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation to create high-performing campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling ad creatives and copy.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in Google Ads, Meta platforms, and digital marketing best practices.
• Drive lead generation and conversions while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Manage remarketing campaigns to re-engage past website visitors and potential customers.

Qualifications :

• 2+ years experience in Real Estate lead generation
• Kowledge of audience targeting strategies, ad placements, and bidding techniques.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results through paid marketing campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
