We are looking for an outstanding Performance Marketer to join our team at Fabulous Media Private Limited A successful candidate should be an experienced and results-focused marketer who is passionate about delivering excellent results and driving continuous improvement Responsibilities: Analyze and track user flows and establish performance metrics for campaigns and products. Design and execute growth marketing campaigns to drive engagement and customer acquisition. Collaborate with product teams to create and optimize product features to meet growth goals. Monitor and evaluate customer feedback, internal data, and key performance indicators to identify opportunities and trends. Develop innovative strategies and initiatives to monitor and increase customer engagement. Identify and partner with key influencers to promote growth campaigns. Leverage research insights and data analytics to identify areas of opportunity and inform long-term marketing strategies. Develop comprehensive reports and present meaningful insights to key stakeholders. Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a performance marketer or similar role Deep understanding of web analytics and metrics for driving customer acquisition Ability to build and optimize campaigns for user engagement and conversion Experience and comfort working with CRM systems Understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing strategies Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and data accuracy Strong project management and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web analytics tools
