Fabulous Media is looking for a Performance Marketer Executive to join our amazing team. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with a passion for digital marketing and metrics-driven optimization.

As the Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for accelerating growth across our digital platforms. You will develop and execute campaigns to optimize website performance, referral programs, display advertising, and search engine optimization. Your day-to-day will include data analysis, creating digital growth strategies, managing campaigns, and preparing reports for senior team members.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in digital marketing roles, a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of the mechanics of driving growth through organic and paid channels.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute performance-based digital marketing campaigns

- Optimize campaigns and creative to reach KPIs while providing an optimal customer experience

- Analyze customer data to identify and act on opportunities for growth

- Monitor campaigns for budget adherence and adjust where appropriate

- Keep up to date on the latest industry trends and best practices

- Prepare and present performance-based reports to senior team members

Requirements

- 2 years of professional digital marketing experience

- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, brand campaigns, and retargeting

- Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills

- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing or relevant field
