Role Overview :
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities :
• Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other performance marketing platforms.
• Performance Optimization : Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns based on key metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.) to maximize the efficiency of advertising spend and overall campaign performance.
• A/B Testing : Design and implement A/B tests for landing pages, ad creatives, audiences, and other campaign elements to improve conversion rates.
• Analytics & Reporting : Monitor and track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and others. Provide weekly/monthly performance reports and actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.
• SEO & SEM : Drive organic and paid search initiatives, leveraging SEO and SEM strategies to improve visibility and rankings for key search terms related to our products and services.
• Audience Segmentation : Develop strategies for precise audience targeting and segmentation to ensure that campaigns are reaching the most relevant and high-converting users.
• Collaborative Strategy : Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and product launches.
• Budget Management : Manage advertising budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of spend across platforms to achieve ROI goals.
• Stay Updated : Keep up with the latest trends in performance marketing, industry best practices, and EdTech market dynamics.
Requirements :
• Proven experience in digital performance marketing, with a focus on lead generation, customer acquisition, and paid media.
• Strong understanding of key performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and experience in analyzing data to drive actionable insights.
• Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, A/B testing tools, landing page builders, and other marketing automation tools.
• Experience working in the EdTech or education industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A data-driven approach to decision-making with a strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills :
• Experience with programmatic advertising and retargeting campaigns.
• Familiarity with content marketing and how it intersects with paid performance strategies.
• Knowledge of email marketing automation and CRM platforms.
• Understanding of mobile marketing and app promotion strategies.
