Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer to join our digital marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook and google ad campaigns to achieve business objectives such as increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, generating leads, and boosting conversions. You will work closely with the creative and analytics teams to ensure campaigns deliver measurable success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Strategy and Planning :
• Develop and execute performance-driven Facebook ad strategies that align with overall marketing goals.
• Focus specifically on conversion-driven campaigns.
• Conduct research and audience segmentation to identify target demographics for ad campaigns, particularly for B2C e-commerce brands.
• Campaign Management:
• Create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns across various objectives (awareness, consideration, and conversion).
• Set up A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and ad copy to optimize for performance.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools.
• Provide actionable insights and make data-driven recommendations to improve ad performance.
• Track and report on key performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and CTR, with proficiency in Excel for advanced data analysis.
• Creative Collaboration:
• Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and video assets.
• Provide feedback on creatives based on performance data to ensure they resonate with target audiences.
• Optimization:
• Continuously test and optimize ad campaigns to improve performance and lower costs.
• Identify opportunities for scaling campaigns based on performance trends.
• Leverage advanced targeting and retargeting strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Industry Experience:
• Preference for candidates with experience in fashion or e-commerce industries.
• Proven success working with start-up companies and/or agencies.
• Previous experience working with notable brands in the industry, with an emphasis on showcasing successful campaigns.
• Ad Platform Proficiency:
• Experience with both Facebook Ads and Google Ads is highly preferred.
• Experiment with new Facebook Ads features and strategies to drive performance.
Preferred Skills:
Should have Managed daily ad spends ranging from 10 to 15 lakhs while ensuring budget efficiency and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Good Knowledge of Excel.
