We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising strategies and be skilled in optimizing campaigns across various platforms to drive measurable results. You will be responsible for executing, managing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to meet business goals and enhance online visibility.

Key Responsibilities :

Campaign Management :

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor and adjust budgets, bids, and targeting to ensure maximum ROI.

Performance Optimization :

• Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven strategies to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and overall return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize creative elements, landing pages, and ad formats.

Analytics & Reporting :

• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms to monitor performance.

SEO & SEM Strategy :

• Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure consistent messaging and optimal performance in both paid and organic search results.
• Work on search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

Audience Targeting & Segmentation :

• Use advanced targeting and segmentation techniques to reach the right audience and drive qualified traffic.
• Implement retargeting campaigns to re-engage users and maximize conversions.

Collaboration :

• Work closely with the content, design, and development teams to ensure campaign assets are aligned with the marketing strategy.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for campaign improvement.

Trend Analysis :

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising.
• Continuously innovate strategies to keep the company ahead of the competition.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience (2-3 years) in managing performance marketing campaigns (PPC, paid social, display advertising).
• Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other digital advertising tools.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and reporting performance metrics.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.

Salary : Competitive, based on experience.
Working Hours : Full-time, Work from Office.

Pay: ?10,021.87 - ?42,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekend availability
