Role Description

We're looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager (E-Com / D2C) to join our team . This is a full-time on-site role that requires expertise in driving online customer acquisition through performance marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for our clients' end-to-end marketing strategy, including campaign planning, budget management, execution, and analysis. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business objectives and develop a marketing plan that will drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2C Performance Marketing with a focus on E-commerce and direct-to-consumer sales

• Excellent understanding of paid marketing channels including Facebook, Google Ads, Programmatic Bidding, etc.

• Experience in campaign planning, execution, and analysis

• Ability to develop and implement large-scale performance marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention

• Strong analytical skills to track and measure KPIs, ROI, and make data-driven decisions

• Excellent communication and project management skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field
