Role Overview :
As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for driving high-impact performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, display, social media, and affiliate marketing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute strategies that generate leads, increase conversions, and achieve growth targets.
Key Responsibilities :
• Campaign Strategy & Execution :
• Plan, develop, and execute data-driven performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Programmatic, etc.).
• Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve key business KPIs, such as lead generation, customer acquisition, sales, and ROI.
• Data-Driven Insights :
• Analyze campaign performance and identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing, multivariate testing, and landing page optimization to enhance conversion rates and customer experience.
• Budget Management & Reporting :
• Manage and allocate performance marketing budgets efficiently across channels to maximize results within budget constraints.
• Generate regular performance reports for stakeholders and recommend strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaboration :
• Work closely with the creative, content, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and overall business goals.
• Collaborate with external agencies or partners, if applicable, to ensure high-quality execution of campaigns.
• Market Research :
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the market.
Qualifications :
• Experience :
• 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing paid search, social media ads, or other performance-based campaigns.
• Experience working with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other key paid media platforms.
• Technical Skills :
• Strong knowledge of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.), as well as A/B testing tools (Optimizely, Unbounce, VWO, etc.).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting; experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills :
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to identify trends, forecast results, and develop actionable insights for continuous campaign improvement.
• Communication Skills :
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Education :
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing platforms are a plus.
