What you\'ll own Drive Facilio\'s demand generation strategies through paid digital marketing channels Build, manage and scale multiple paid acquisition channels like Google Ads, Bing Ads and LinkedIn Ads to achieve pipeline objectives Develop campaign strategies, design experiments and drive execution of campaigns through to completion Monitor and analyze full funnel marketing metrics to make data-driven decisions and identify opportunities to optimize different channels Increase efficiency of paid acquisition channels by continuously optimizing Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Opportunity (CPO) metrics Work closely with the SDR team to maintain quality of leads generated via a consistent Lead to Opportunity conversion rate Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and other teams to continuously calibrate product positioning and messaging Work with external agencies whenever required to develop and execute paid campaigns What makes you a great fit About 3-5 years of experience working on SEM and paid acquisition channels in a fast-paced environment Some experience working in the B2B SaaS segment would be good to have, but not limiting Some experience working in an agency environment would be good to have, but not limiting An analytical mindset to understand data, quickly identify opportunities, and optimize on the go Self-driven and full of energy to work on a hockey stick growth engine Strong people skills, diplomacy, and collaborative spirit Extensive experience using analytics tools, CRM, CMS tools Basic knowledge of frontend languages like HTML, CSS and JavaScript would be beneficial
