We\'re seeking a data-driven and strategic Performance Marketing Expert to join our team! You\'ll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve our business goals. Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute high-performing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting to ensure campaign reach.
- Craft compelling ad copy and creatives that resonate with the target audience.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
- A/B test different ad variations and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI (Return on Investment).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in performance marketing.
- Report on campaign performance metrics and provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in performance marketing.
- Proven track record of success in achieving marketing goals through paid advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data insights.
- Experience with campaign management platforms and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
