The ideal candidate will have a background in sales or a related field, demonstrating a strong ability to engage with employees across all levels and drive performance growth. This role requires hands-on management of employee performance metrics, ratings, and targets to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with company goals.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the performance management process across all departments within 2COMS.
  • Drive employee engagement through regular performance reviews, goal-setting sessions, and continuous feedback loops.
  • Develop and implement aggressive, target-driven performance strategies in alignment with company objectives.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of employee performance metrics, including ratings, KPIs, and goal completion rates.
  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure performance targets are understood, achievable, and effectively communicated to all employees.
  • Support career progression and performance improvement plans for underperforming employees.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth.
  • Engage with employees regularly to maintain morale, provide feedback, and encourage personal development.
  • Ensure transparent and fair evaluation processes, working closely with HR to resolve performance-related issues.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Sales or target-driven backgrounds are highly preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in performance management, preferably with experience in the sales or HR domain.
  • Proven ability to engage with employees and influence their performance outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills to track and manage performance data effectively.
  • Ability to set, monitor, and achieve aggressive performance targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across various departments.
  • High level of initiative, with a passion for driving results and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a sales-driven environment or managing performance in a similar industry.
  • Familiarity with performance management software and HR analytics tools.
  • Proven success in driving employee growth and achieving company-wide performance objectives.
