ABOUT UNIOPS: Unilever Operations (UniOps) is the global technology and operations engine of Unilever offering business services, technology, and enterprise solutions. UniOps serves over 190 locations and through a network of specialized service lines and partners delivers insights and innovations, user experiences and end-to-end seamless delivery making Unilever Purpose Led and Future Fit. TEAM The Global OH FET Team is a high performing team, responsible for Planning, Budgeting and analysis of global Overhead cost and savings. The team collates and analyses cost across, regions and functions, to find meaningful actionable insights. The team is also responsible for performance management and partners Group Performance management team in key decision making process. JOB PURPOSE This role is part of the Global FET Team based in Bangalore and reports to the Global FET Lead. The role works with Global Cost controllers team in landing in year performance for overheads across PMUs and above markets. Total Overheads cost base for Unilever is approx. \xe2\x82\xac6Bn, this includes Global as well as Local overheads cost. With the strategic ambition of the company and portfolio transformation program, Overheads have a considerable contribution to make to deliver on this ambition. From 2021, we have launched a new Overheads management approach as we have chosen to invest for growth. It means that we set a \xe2\x82\xac million overheads budget where we have built both productivity to fund growth and strategic investments. We have given freedom within this overhead budget to our leaders to author their plans as they judge most effective and supported them with Overheads tools & technology capability to enable discipline. On top of this, In 2022, we moved to the new compass org and this has brought end to end responsibility with the new formed Business Groups. This has brought new challenge to Overheads as we need to identify specific BG cost and common BU cost to enable effective and efficient overheads management. The role is responsible for delivering this ambition and focus on (i) Long term strategic review of Overheads through tech and process enabled review (ii) Short- and Long- term performance of People cost. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support in analysing, evaluating and managing the performance of people and non people cost for in year performance.
• Evolve lagging and leading KPIs framework and establish predictive analytics in a partnership with Global cost control team to generate strategic insights and unlock extra productivity.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience by driving agility and insights across GCC, Divisions reporting and PMU reporting.
• Design & define technology roadmap to create simplified and automated solutions for routine transactions, month end reporting and help units bring in overhead discipline to meet targets.
• Work with relevant stakeholders and land the new compass org to ensure successful cut over from a tech and system perspective for 1st Jul 2022.
• Leverage technology and advanced analytics to drive insights to PMUs over and above the automated reports to help release time in markets on data generation and focus more on decision making.

• Must work well with a wide range of global and country stakeholders.
• Must be very strong in senior stakeholder management.
• Strong business acumen with experience in OpCo is preferable.
• Ability to innovate and create out of box solutions.
• Must be excellent at taking initiatives.

• Qualified CA, CIMA, ACCA, MBA or equivalent
• Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Well-developed communication skills
• Exceptional in responding and delivering under pressure
• Extraordinary in analysis with seasoned presentation skills
