- About the Role:
- Connect our performance data with our operational tactics to derive insights that lead to change around our challenges and opportunities
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify performance trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets
- Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to extract meaningful and actionable organizational insights
- Leverage fan intelligence to create and visualize performance data and actionable findings for our partners
- Collaborate with multiple teams to define requirements, gather data, and provide analytical support for planning and project work
- Monitor and evaluate data quality, integrity, and accuracy to ensure the reliability of analytical insights.
- Who you are:
- Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- At Least 4+ years of proven experience in data analysis, data visualization, and statistical modeling
- Good to have knowledge in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages used for data analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
- Great at solving problems and turning complex data into actionable insights
- Great at explaining technical ideas in a way everyone can understand
- Can work well alone or with others in a busy, delivery-focused environment
