We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities and Skills:
Performance Marketing:
Conduct in-depth audits of marketing accounts (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and generate actionable insights.
Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and conversion rates.
Regularly monitor and report on campaign performance, providing strategic recommendations.
Marketing Automation:
Develop and manage automated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, WhatsApp, and SMS.
Optimize automation workflows to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Analyze the performance of automated campaigns and implement improvements.
Digital Strategy Building
Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Identify and explore new opportunities for digital growth and expansion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with overall business objectives.
Media Planning:
Develop and manage media plans that align with the company's marketing goals and budget
Negotiate and buy media space, ensuring effective use of resources and maximum reach.
Track and analyze media performance, adjusting strategies as necessary
SEO Strategy Development:
Create and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits to identify opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content development.
Social Media Strategy Building:
Develop and implement a robust social media strategy to enhance brand presence across various platforms.
Monitor social media trends and leverage insights to optimize content and engagement.
Analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Skills & Experience
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven expertise in the areas mentioned above.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and SEO tools.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
