Hybrid Working\xc3\x82
We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. We\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99re flexible on how this works and it may continue to change and evolve. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. However, some colleagues may choose to spend more time in the office over a typical period than their role type requires. We also have a flexible working process where, subject to business needs, all colleagues globally are able to request work patterns to reflect their personal circumstances These requests will be reviewed and agreed for a period of time i.e., will have a start and end date.

Introduction:
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Lead the weekly and Monthly RPO and MSP billing processes, including billing validation and reconciliation with seamless handover to the Service management commercial team
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Ensuring suppliers submit invoices in a timely manner and in conjunction with the service management commercial team ensure all invoices are paid in line with the supplier payment terms
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Drive Automation and continuous improvement through both process and documentation redesign, creating efficiencies by reducing manual interventions
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Provide regular updates to the Performance Delivery and Insights Lead on billing and invoicing statuses.\xc3\x82
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Support the performance function by providing data analysis and insight as well as creation, maintenance, and presentation of both commercial and performance data models\xc3\x82
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Provide data-led recommendations on continuous improvement from an RPO and MSP performance perspective \xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x93 supporting both the Permanent and Non-Permanent Performance Managers
What will you be doing?
Financial Administration
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Manage the reconciliation of supplier invoices to the various invoice systems (which includes COUPA), this should include:
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 ensure all appropriate and applicable taxes are correctly charged and comply with client billing requirements
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 all pay rates for the contingent workers are correct (using SAP to reconcile rates)
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 all fees associated to the invoice are in line with the contract
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Reject incorrect invoices and return to the RPO/MSP or agency for amendments detailing the reasons for rejection
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Audit the weekly and monthly bills for all fees associated with the RPO/MSP and agencies ensuring that they comply with the clients\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99 requirements
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Ensuring all expenses are claimed in the correct way via the RPO providers
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Assist the RPO/MSP billing and credit control teams to ensure that invoices are paid on time and any outstanding payments are chased
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Deal with queries from the RPO/MSP and Barclays Talent Acquisition teams including queries relating to unpaid or late payments

MI Analysis/Reporting
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2\xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 \xc3\x82 Production of bespoke and ad-hoc Talent Acquisition analysis and performance reporting to the Performance and Insights Lead and Professional Leadership team

Stakeholder Management and Leadership\xc3\x82
