We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Upgrade Specialist to join our team for a comprehensive upgrade project of our clientxe2x80x99s PeopleSoft Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and executing the upgrade of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, ensuring the project is completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with the organizationxe2x80x99s standards.As part of the upgrade project, the PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Upgrade Specialist will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure a seamless transition to the upgraded version of PeopleSoft, with minimal disruption to business operations.Key Responsibilities:
Upgrade Planning and Execution:
Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of the PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 upgrade, ensuring a smooth transition from the current version to 9.2.
Develop and manage a detailed upgrade project plan, including timelines, milestones, resources, and risks.
Perform impact analysis and prepare for changes to configurations, customizations, and integrations that may be impacted by the upgrade.
Configuration and Customization:
Review, document, and implement changes to PeopleSoft FSCM configurations and customizations to align with new features and functionality in 9.2.
Collaborate with technical teams to address customizations that may need to be updated or reworked due to the upgrade.
Testing and Validation:
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure the upgraded system functions as expected.
Work with users to facilitate testing and troubleshooting, ensuring issues are identified and resolved promptly.
Ensure that data migrations, conversions, and integrations are thoroughly tested.
Training and Support:
Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions to familiarize stakeholders with new features and changes introduced in FSCM 9.2.
Provide post-upgrade support and troubleshooting, addressing any issues that arise post go-live.
Serve as a subject matter expert for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 to support ongoing use and optimization.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with business analysts, functional and technical teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are met.
Communicate progress, challenges, and issues to project leadership and stakeholders on a regular basis.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed documentation of upgrade processes, configurations, testing results, and any changes made to the system.
Generate reports and status updates for leadership and stakeholders on project progress.
RequirementsRequired Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM modules (e.g., Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Procurement, Asset Management, Inventory, payroll, financial analytics, Contracts, Cash management etc.).
Proven track record of successfully leading PeopleSoft upgrade projects, particularly upgrading from older versions to PeopleSoft 9.2.
Strong experience with PeopleSoft application configurations, customization, and integration.
