• Should have 5-7 years extensive experience as a PeopleSoft CRM Technical consultant.

• Experience in min 2 or 3 end-to-end Implementations or Upgrade or Support experience.

• Full understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies.

• Excellent technical skills in People tools 9.x, PeopleCode, CI and Application Engine programming specially on CRM.

• Good understanding and experience in component interface, component buffers & EIP.

• Ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels.

• Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques.

• Good knowledge on PeopleTools (Specially CRM), PeopleCode, Application Engine, PSQuery, Trees, BI Publisher, Integration Broker, Excel to CI utility, SQL.

• Should be able to debug App Engine and PeopleCode w.r.t to PeopleSoft CRM.

• Configure Integration Broker and resolve issues.

• Full understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies.

• Ability to interact with Business, technical and functional staff at all levels.

• Must be able to drive requirement gathering, Fit/Gap and Design sessions with business community.

• Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques.
