Minimum Years of Experience:
6 year(s) of human capital or PwC experience
Degree Preferred:

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates intimate abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas:Business Acumen:Understanding of Human Capital (HC) processes and procedures, specifically in the areas of Workday business processes, security & data management, and Global BAO;Specializing in HRMS functionality, including understanding of possibilities and limitations within the technology; working knowledge of monitoring or designing integrations between PMDM, Workday, ServiceNow and other vendor SaaS systems;Understanding how HC systems and future enhancements support both the firms and HCs strategic priorities;Understanding System Governance, with a focus on data and security;Navigating the data structure and understanding how People data is managed and secured.Implementing new HC technology processes and systems, while also maintaining/enhancing existing systems to provide a cohesive end user experience;Identifying user requirements, coordinating user acceptance testing and producing recommendations to improve the end user experience;Developing, communicating, and overseeing implementation of project plans;Relationships/Whole Leadership:Leading projects with the ability to work with and influence stakeholders and leadership;Fostering positive working relationships across a large organization, leading discussions, and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders including HC, Procurement, IT, Legal, Finance and risk management and global teams.Being an iterative thinker with demonstrated experience leading teams who are solving problems with creativity while utilizing both positive and negative testing skills;Presenting information/insight to all levels within the organization in both written and spoken methods of communication;Managing multiple workstreams within a team as well as direct reports by determining and managing team activity workflow, job priorities and resources;Providing strategic direction to the team to execute work while encouraging the team to develop innovative solutions;Leading and developing teams in many areas including teaming, interpersonal skills, communication, stakeholder management, relationship building and business knowledge.Possessing self-motivation and contributing individually and part of the HC and People Operations leadership team.Sharing and collaborating within our teams, keeping peers & leadership well informed of issues & progress.Working independently and leading functional teams in delivery of day-to-day operation, as well as remaining focused on execution of strategic priorities;Demonstrating leadership experience with the ability to coach and mentor othersDemonstrating the ability to problem identify, empathize with process stakeholders, conduct effective brainstorming and managing creative problem solvers;Leveraging presentation skills to effectively deliver information and insight to all levels within the organization in both written and spoken methods of communicationTechnical AcumenNavigating the technology landscape and bringing out the most applicable aspects for consideration;Understanding business problems in the form of functional and technical requirements, and innovative thought leadership in the creation of solutions;Leveraging project management tools and methodologies and auditing skills to test completeness or find errors.Presenting information and insight to all levels within the organization in both written and spoken methods of communication;Sharing and collaborating within the People Technology team, keeping peers & leadership well informed of issues & progress, as well as escalating problems to leadership as appropriate;Identifying opportunities for process refinement or recreation, empathize with process stakeholders, conduct effective brainstorming and managing creative problem solvers;Understanding and keeping current with the external HC technologies, as well as subject matter specialization on existing HC technology tools;Utilizing tech resources in innovative ways that yields tangible and intangible benefits;Good to Have SkillsAny other HRMS toolService now and any other ticketing toolShift time - 2 PM to 11 PM IST ( 4 to 5 Hours Overlap with US )Location - Preferably Bangalore but open to Hyderabad if the right candidate is foundEducation (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred:Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified)Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified)Travel Requirements Not SpecifiedAvailable for Work Visa Sponsorship?
