Reporting to the Global Employee Engagement Leader, the People Team Content Designer will be a creative-minded contributor that helps us elevate and nurture a world-class employment brand through multi-modal content and communications. The People Team Content Designer will partner across the People Team and partner Creative Teams to bring to life our values, leadership principles and employees. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on contributor with a deep understanding of media production and a track record of producing compelling content. This position requires an ability to think strategically as well as a knack for tactical execution. Responsibilities Develop and lead projects from conceptualization through design and into execution and delivery. Lead in creating compelling and inventive solutions and concepts for integrated campaigns that uphold the brand. Collaborate closely with the Global Employee Engagement Lead and Team and other People Team Leaders. Continuously self educate on the competitive landscape and current design trends to help in maintaining relevance in advertising and design. Proactively identify opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional art and design teams. Produce deliverables that range from print and production to digital, web and video. Bring abstract concepts to life through typography, illustration, iconography and photography. Develop a deep understanding of Zscaler\'s business strategies and goals. Command of Zscaler brand\'s vision, systems, and documentation. Help innovate and elevate Zscalers design, visual systems and event graphics. Effectively communicate conceptual ideas and detailed design rationale both verbally and visually. Ensure quality control and outcomes through art direction and critical thinking. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in creative agency, studio or in-house a BFA, BS, or MFA in Graphic Design or equivalent field is preferred. A strong portfolio of design, showcasing an excellent sense of concept development, typography, layout, web and digital design principles. High Proficiency with industry-standard design tools and software (Adobe Creative Suite). Proficiency with business software (MS Office, Google Slides). A professional knowledge of web and social media standards and limitations. A pulse on what is relevant in culture, design and technology and can investigate, innovate, and develop design, print and digital trends. A self-starter attitude with an excitement to work in a fast-paced, low-ego environment. Actively seek feedback and review of work accept and act upon creative/technical direction. Take direction well and be nimble to extend designs across platforms. Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and team. Ability to collaborate with others-stakeholders, technical teams, partners and other designers. Attention-to-detail, strong organizational and time management skills.
