1. Executive Assistant to the Top Management:

  • Administrative Support:


  • Manage calendars, correspondence, and office operations.


  • Communication Management:


  • Screen calls, handle correspondence, and liaise with stakeholders.


  • Meeting Coordination:


  • Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain meeting minutes.


  • Travel Coordination:


  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the trips.

2. Seamless Onboarding and Employee Support: Asset Management: Reconcile devices against purchase orders and IT data. Issue employee equipment agreements.

Coordinate laptop repair and maintenance.
3. Supplier Management and Procurement: 4. Event Coordination and Employee Engagement: 5. Office Management and Facilities:


6. Client Relations and Visit Management:


7. Travel Coordination and Visa Processing:

8. Time Tracking and Leave Management:
9. Communication and Announcements:
Internal Communication:




Create and publish announcements for employees.
Regularly post updates on company policies, values, and events.
