Roles & Responsibilities :


Employee Onboarding
Logistics

Filling in asset details in asset log

Onboarding Kit logistics and company merchandise

Insurance End to End

Ensuring the equipment agreement signatures are done in designated time

Asset Management
Reconciling devices against PO and with data from IT Team

Issuing Employee equipment agreement

Laptop Repair and maintenance

Supplier Management
Find and onboard more suppliers/service providers as per the requirement, also to ensure quality goods and services

Preparing reports on vendor dues

Supplier NDA and Agreements negotiations

Supplier Risk Assessment (as and when vendor onboarded) and evaluation( quarterly for each supplier) Vendor/Supplier tracker

Maintaining Vendor Tracker

Laptop vendors with better rate

Company Events
Quarterly Townhalls Anchor, Logistics, Budget, gift, voucher

Weekly Team Building Activities – Vendor/logistics

Assist in arranging outdoor events, Travel, Lodging, F&B

Onsite Meet Ups

Hampers/gifts/bouquets

Physical/Floating Office
Discussion on office location for the company

Handling Daypasses

Employee Engagement Logistics
Logistics- Virtual events, Townhall, R&R, Festival Celebration

Anchor/Host requirements

Gifting
Corporate Gifting

Trophies, Certificates

Adhoc deliveries to employees/suppliers/clients
Experience : 2-4 Years Work Location : Remote/Pune Work Timings : 2.30 pm -11.30 pm
