Responsibilities:- Support, design, and develop tech enabled processes for our People Operations team using Microsoft PowerPlatform, SharePoint and PwC GenAI tools.- Assist with the migration of People Operations automation processes from Google (Google Scripts, complex interdependent Sheets, forms) to Microsoft (PowerAutomate, PowerApps, SharePoint List, PowerBI, PowerQuery Office Scripts) ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to our operations.- Provide technical support and guidance to the People Operations team, helping them leverage Microsoft and PwC GenAI tools effectively.- Consult and collaborate with cross-functional teams within People Operations to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within People Operations.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in technology, particularly in relation to Microsoft and GenAI Tools, and share this knowledge and best practices with the team.- Act as a subject matter expert on how Microsoft is used within PwC, providing key insights and guidance to the People Operations team.- Manage cross functional stakeholders in regards to automation or system implementations- Responsible for discovery of new ways to leverage technology and apply them to the overall book of business.- Design, build, implement, and/or project manage automated solutionsRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPlatform and SharePoint, with the ability to design and develop processes.- Experience with migrating systems from Google to Microsoft is highly desirable.- Familiarity with PwC GenAI tools and their application within People Operations is a plus.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and with people of varying technical knowledge- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail.- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of PwC's operations and how Microsoft is utilized within the organization is essential.Shift time : 2pm to 11pm ISTEducation (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred:Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified)Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified)Travel Requirements Not SpecifiedAvailable for Work Visa Sponsorship?
