Job Title: HR Operations
Location: Bangalore

Position Overview: The HR Operations professional will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, HRMS management, data maintenance, and other HR administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses an understanding of HR processes and systems.



Skills required:
Excel and other MS-Office applications,previous exposure to payroll processing and data management is a plus



Key Responsibilities :
Payroll Management: Administer payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate payments.





• HRMS Management: Maintain and update employee data in the HRMS (GreytHR), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates.
• Employee Data Management: Maintain personnel files and ensure all records are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
• Policy Implementation: Coordinate with the HRBPs and help implement HR policies and ensure compliance.
• Leave & Attendance Management: Track and manage employee leave records and attendance.
• HR Reporting: Generate reports related to payroll, attrition, retention, and other HR metrics.
HR Operations Support: Support other HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives as needed.




Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in HRMS platforms is a plus
• Strong understanding of payroll processing
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Good with excel and other Microsoft office tools










Location:Bangalore
Experience required: 0-2 years



Pay:
If the candidate is a fresher:
Internship for 2 months with stipend of 15K and full time conversion pay upto 4 LPA



If experienced, pay out as per the current package
