FamPay is building India\'s first neo-bank exclusively teens. FamPay helps teens make their own online and offline payments through UPI, FamPay App and FamCard. Our aim is to make banking cool for teens and to help them learn the value of money, savings and spending wisely. We are on a mission to raise a new, financially aware generation, and drive 250 Million+ Indian teenagers to kickstart their financial journey super early in their life. About this role We are looking for someone who is looking to excel as a TA/HR. You should find it exciting to identify the right candidate for the company and the job. On the Job Champion a people first approach to deliver an exceptional employee experience Implement a recruitment plan to attract high quality applicants Assist with recruitment, including posting jobs, screening candidates, rolling out offers etc Help onboard new hires and ensure proper documentation is completed. Promote employee wellbeing & creating a healthy work place Manage employee off-boarding process Manage internal HR systems and databases. Requirements Should be in Final/Pre-final year of college Good understanding of the hiring process. Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn. Internship experience in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment is a big plus.
