Act as local delivery experts of JLL\xe2\x80\x99s global HR strategy, ensuring that local policies and practices are in line with the Global HR strategy.\xc2\xb7 Proactively anticipate opportunities or issues and develop innovative solutions to address the opportunities at the root cause with intention to arrive at sustainable solutions.\xc2\xb7 Enable an exceptional employee experience during moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle e.g., onboarding, performance review, promotion, etc.\xc2\xb7 Contribute towards a culture of inclusion which celebrates our employee diversity and promotes employee belonging.\xc2\xb7 Lead or participate in just-in-time projects impacting business results.\xc2\xb7 Manage various degrees of employee relations situations and performance management.\xc2\xb7 Provide consultation to business stakeholders through coaching, training and advisory support.\xc2\xb7 Support assigned employee group in transition, expansion and stabilization of new business with great consideration given to employee experience.\xc2\xb7 Cultivate strong meaningful relationships with both local employees and People Partners to build trust as their primary touchpoint \xe2\x80\x9con the ground\xe2\x80\x9d.\xc2\xb7 Execute on HR tasks by driving efficiencies in the employee life cycle \xe2\x80\x93 using touchpoints and hand offs to other HR stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Support the growth strategy, including M&A, of the business by providing tactical HR support during bid, acquisition, and restructuring including re-deployment and RIF paperwork.\xc2\xb7 Work with HR Service Delivery as needed to identify and resolve employee data issues.
