As a VP HR Delivery & Advisory Partner, you will act as an enabler and advisor to business stakeholders, using analytics and insight to shape the business strategy and enable a high performance culture within the business and teams You will have an exciting opportunity to lead on strategic and complex HR (Human Resources) work with a variety of business stakeholders, both cross entity and globally. What will you be doing Act as lead change agent and/or accountable executive for complex and large scale change projects Shape, lead and deliver on lifecycle processes in partnership with Project & Squad leads Build credibility across the business and within the function and be seen as a proactive enabler with complex HR related matters Work in partnership across the D&A team and wider HRTCs to translate business needs into best-in-class HR solutions Proactively navigate through the relevant stakeholder matrix to solve complex queries Use consultancy skills to deliver best in class outcomes without extensive business context Collaborate across the D&A pillars and wider TCs to understand the opportunities for consistencies and efficiency across D&A and the wider HR function. Drive opportunities for cross-entity knowledge sharing Ensure high standard delivery of agreed HR products and interventions to the business Mentor other People Advisory Partners (AVP & BA4) to develop their entity knowledge, consultancy skills and HR best practice Critically assesses people related products, both within the business and HR function, to ensure that they are best in class, working with relevant product owners to drive improvement and align with overall business and HR strategy.
