People Data & Reporting AnalystGurugram/Bangalore, IndiaThe People Data & Reporting Analyst is accountable for developing and maintaining AXA XLxe2x80x99s key HR systems reporting solutions, designing, and implementing data and reporting products as per the needs of the customer and partnering with the HR Operations & Technology team and key stakeholders across HR to build and maintain data quality monitoring products. You will partner with team members, Community of Practice (CoP), Business units and functions across the organization to deliver value across key projects, identified in Data and Reporting and enable HR to be a data driven function. The Global People Data and Analytics team is accountable for providing core HR metrics and partnering with HR leaders and key stakeholders to build organizational capability in utilizing data to gain insights, identify trends, and leverage data to drive and influence the businessxe2x80x99s human capital management strategy. We own and drive standards across data, metrics/KPIxe2x80x99s and reporting in HR space for the Organization and are identified as a key player in creating an ecosystem for People Data and Analytics. We will drive the adoption of tools, technologies, and techniques across the entire HR function by leveraging Community of Practice (CoP).
