The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping individuals achieve their personal and professional goals. As a People Coach, you will work closely with employees to enhance their skills, boost their confidence, and improve their overall performance.

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to help employees set and achieve their personal and professional goals.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on various topics such as communication skills, leadership, time management, and conflict resolution.
• Assist employees in identifying areas of improvement and developing actionable plans to enhance their performance.
• Provide constructive feedback and conduct regular assessments to monitor progress and adjust coaching strategies as needed.
• Offer continuous support and guidance to employees, helping them navigate challenges and build resilience.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple coaching relationships and sessions effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A coaching certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in coaching, mentoring, or a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality.
• Empathy and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
• Proficiency in using coaching tools and techniques.
