We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of People and Frameworks Manager Principal responsibilities
- Proven ability in functional/business management, working across multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environments; and
- Strong analytical background and proven ability in analytical rigor, including being able to contextualize data into business activities and conclusions.
- Experience of working in a global team with different cultures (preferred)
- Must possess excellent attention to detail and ability to investigate items in detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment to deliver high quality results under tight schedule and high pressure
Requirements
- Relationship management and influencing skills, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels;
- Experience in managing a wide range of projects;
- High level of drive and motivation to ensure successful delivery of complex initiatives
- Execution orientated with an ability to leverage resources available to achieve goals.
