Help manage and refine the People and Culture strategy for our Financial Management Group. As a People and Culture Manager, you will play a key role in integrating core cultural values into all our initiatives and enhancing all people-centric practices.

What role will you play?




In this role, you\'ll focus on elevating employee experience, recognition, and wellbeing in the workplace. You will design or oversee the creation and implementation of tailored interventions to meet business and stakeholder needs. As an internal consultant, you\'ll assess challenges in people enablement and reinforce our culture. You will collaborate with the Strategy & People Enablement team, HR, and key stakeholders to establish a strategic roadmap for initiatives and projects, ensuring clear communication with all involved parties.


What you offer




  • MBA or postgraduate degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field, along with 5-8 years of related work experience.
  • Background in the HR domain and proven experience as an Employee Engagement Manager. Ability to design, deliver, execute, and measure initiatives that positively impact workplace culture and enhance employee experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong stakeholder management, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management.
  • Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.
