Job Description
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in people analytics, HR consulting, or a similar role, with a strong focus on SAP HCM data analysis.
- Proven ability to analyse large and complex datasets specifically from SAP HCM.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) with experience applying them to SAP HCM data.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively, while considering potential variations due to location.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of HR processes, particularly those related to SAP HCM.
- Experience working within a captive advisory model.
- Proven experience with specific SAP HCM modules (e.g., Payroll, Time Management, Recruitment) as relevant to the role.
- Knowledge of human capital metrics and frameworks relevant to SAP HCM data.
