  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) with experience applying them to SAP HCM data.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively, while considering potential variations due to location.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of HR processes, particularly those related to SAP HCM.
  • Experience working within a captive advisory model.
  • Proven experience with specific SAP HCM modules (e.g., Payroll, Time Management, Recruitment) as relevant to the role.
  • Knowledge of human capital metrics and frameworks relevant to SAP HCM data.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and compliance regulations.
