Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:Promote People Analytics & Workforce Reporting strategy, support model and executionDevelop in partnership with PA Manager analytics deliverables (e.g. Board Reporting, People and Culture Scorecard, etc.)Lead monthly and quarterly reporting processes to include updating Tableau Dashboards, gather insights from Tableau Dashboards, and provide ESG metrics to LeadershipAssist and monitor the security and access of Tableau HR Enterprise HubLead the execution of ad hoc manual requests from stakeholdersGenerate insights to yield valuable organizational, functional and segment actionsYOU HAVE:5+ years analytics experience, preferably within Human Resources or People Reporting capacity3+ years of experience using Tableau and/or dashboard creation & data visualization skills3+ years of experience using HRIS software, preferably WorkdayBachelors DegreeAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced formulas, V Lookups and Pivot TablesStrong organizational skills, particularly in managing multiple project priorities simultaneouslyAbility to collaborate with peersWE HAVE:
