Welcome to our talented People Team that looks after our 800+ Pleo'ers...yes, you heard that right!



We're now looking for someone special to support the Enablement function and People Strategy for our newly created India Hub and contribute to the success of the Location Strategy there as the first People Advisor.



As well as all People matter, you will be very much involved in supporting the everyday running of the Chennai operation including support for technical issues, onboarding and off-boarding duties and setting up and using technical infrastructure along with standardising on Pleo approaches.



Please note that this role is needed to be present at our Chennai office at least 3 - 4 days per week!



On top of that, we are looking for someone that feels comfortable being our independent leaders' coach, i.e. someone who is really good at understanding how to unlock the potential of our leaders and leadership teams through the right questions at the right time. We believe in authentic leadership in Pleo - a big part of your role is enabling that through effective coaching, feedback, and sparring. Besides being a coach, you feel comfortable stepping into an advisory role - and you are not afraid to hold leaders accountable for effective leadership, also in difficult situations.
