• Sweeping, cleaning rooms and furniture and electrical fittings like fans and Department: Administration
• Location: RAIPUR
• Reports To: Office Manager/Supervisor
• Key Responsibilities:
• 1. Office Maintenance:
• Keep the office premises clean and tidy, including the reception area, common areas, and workstations.
• Ensure that all office supplies are stocked and readily available (e.g., stationery, water, etc.).
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Supporting Office Operations:
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms, ensuring that necessary equipment (e.g., projectors, whiteboards, etc.) and supplies are available.
• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen areas and ensure that kitchen supplies are replenished regularly.
• Courier & Errand Duties:
• Handle office errands, such as delivering and collecting documents, parcels, or mail.
• Ensure timely pickup and drop-off of items and run office-related errands as requested.
• Assisting Staff:
• Help office staff with administrative tasks as needed, such as photocopying, filing, or delivering internal mail.
• Support in maintaining office equipment and report issues to the relevant department.
• 5. Guest and Visitor Handling:
• Greet and assist visitors, offering them refreshments and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
• Maintain a polite and professional demeanor when interacting with guests.
• 6. Miscellaneous Support:
• Assist in setting up for events, conferences, or company meetings.
• Support other administrative functions as requested by management.
• Skills & Qualifications:
• Educational Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Skills:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, photocopiers, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Personal Attributes:
• Punctual and dependable.
• Friendly, approachable, and polite demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Flexible and willing to take on varied tasks as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
