Job Title: Hydro-Mechanical Engineer Location: Tidong Job Summary: As a Hydro-Mechanical Engineer specializing in steel bridges and hydro power projects, you will play a pivotal role in the design, construction, and maintenance of critical infrastructure related to hydropower generation and steel bridge construction. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of hydropower facilities and the structural integrity of steel bridges. Your expertise will be crucial in meeting project goals, complying with regulatory requirements, and contributing to the success of our organization. Key Responsibilities: Hydropower Projects:Conduct feasibility studies to assess the suitability of hydropower sites, considering water flow, environmental impact, and economic feasibility.
Develop detailed designs for hydropower components, including dams, penstocks, turbines, and generators.
Oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
Implement and manage maintenance strategies to optimize the efficiency and longevity of hydropower facilities.
Collaborate with regulatory bodies to secure permits and approvals for hydropower projects.
Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in hydropower generation and incorporate them into project plans. Steel Bridge Engineering: Design steel bridges, considering factors such as span length, load-bearing capacity, traffic volume, and environmental conditions.
Select appropriate steel materials and alloys, accounting for corrosion resistance and structural integrity.
Supervise the fabrication and assembly of steel bridge components to meet quality and safety standards.
Conduct regular inspections of steel bridges, identify structural issues, and develop maintenance plans.
Ensure all bridge projects comply with industry standards, safety codes, and environmental regulations.
Keep abreast of advancements in steel materials and bridge engineering techniques. Project Management: Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including civil engineers, electrical engineers, and environmental specialists.
Ensure seamless project execution, from conception to completion. Safety and Compliance:Uphold the highest safety standards throughout all project phases.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations, safety codes, and environmental requirements.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Must have 2+ years of experience in hydropower projects and steel bridge engineering.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and design applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 20,824.27 - 25,000.90 per month Application Question(s):
