Ensure engineering deliverables are in sync with project timelines through effective coordination and regular progress reviews.
Oversee and approve designs, drawings, and calculations for both Primary and Secondary substation systems (up to 765 kV GIS/AIS).
Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, allocate tasks and man-hours, and drive productivity through reviews and mentoring.
Interface with Civil, Structural, MEP, and Instrumentation teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering scopes.
Supervise vendor engineering, clarify technical requirements, and ensure timely delivery of materials in coordination with SCM and Contracts teams.
Engage with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
Implement BIM, promote digitalization, and drive standardization, cost-saving initiatives, and design optimizations.
Foster continuous learning, skill enhancement, and identify successors for key engineering roles.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Strong knowledge in design and execution of AIS/GIS Substations (up to 765 kV).
Proficiency in selection and integration of substation equipment (e.g., Transformers, Breakers, Instrument Transformers).
Expertise in Primary & Secondary Engineering including Earthing, Lighting, Cabling, Protection Schemes, SCADA & Control Systems.
* Experience across diverse clients, utilities, and geographies with sound understanding of technical specifications and contract requirements.
