We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Delivery Head.


In this role, you will:


• Develop and communicate a clear technology delivery strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define technology roadmaps and prioritize initiatives.
• Drive innovation, process improvements, and best practices within the technology delivery function.
• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage project dependencies.
• Allocate resources effectively to project teams based on skills, capacity, and project requirements.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture within the technology delivery team.
• Monitor resource utilization and optimize resource allocation.
• Engage with business leaders, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand their needs.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technology deliverables.
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and achievements.
• Implement quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project management practices.
• Champion agile methodologies and adapt them to suit organizational needs.
• Collaborate with procurement and vendor management teams to select and manage technology vendors.
• Negotiate contracts, monitor vendor performance, and ensure compliance.
• Develop and manage technology delivery budgets.
• Optimize resource allocation to maximize value and minimize costs.
• Monitor financial performance and adjust plans as needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in technology delivery, including 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects.
• Experience in highly regulated or complex organizations is advantageous.
• Experience in decisioning technologies such as Pega is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Knowledge of technology trends, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
