We are looking to hire Pega support engineer:

n this role, you will:

  • Expected to be open to shift work and/or on-call to support services for Pega 7.x/8.x application.
  • Technical competence on Pega products and services to support incidents every day.
  • Capable of analyze the incidents, troubleshoot the issues and provide the fix.
  • Collaborate with Product and Application teams as needed to research problems and provide solutions to the business team.
  • Support incidents with proactive actions to avoid escalations and thereby meeting Pega\xe2\x80\x99s service level agreements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
  • Having 5+ years of Pega 7.x/8.x support/developement experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in integrations like SOAP, REST.
  • Has experience in working Agile projects.
  • Knowledge on XML , Java ,Oracle and Teradata.
  • Good knowledge of PEGA Guardrails.
  • Knowledge on data stage, R and Python is an added advantage.
  • Strong Communication Kills is a must.
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :
  • Worked on PRPC with databases Oracle and application servers WebSphere/ WebLogic.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, designing class structures and flows, code reviews and knowledge repository.
  • Experience in performance tuning, performance analyze, log analyze and defects fixing.
Certifications Required: * PCSA (Pega Certified System Architect)

Experience: 5 to 8 years.
