Job Description
: 3-5 yrs of PEGA experience with good communication. Minimum 3 years of experience in PRPC technology platform and ability to lead a small team of 3 members At least 2 cycles of PRPC implementation experience CSSA certification mandatory and good to have agile delivery experience Ability to participate in business value assessment and business requirements elaboration phases Good understanding PPRC properties, types, and relevance Good Experience on Pega upgrade projects and support for any upcoming upgrades. Understand the decision types and decision rules in PRPC Support for any Project management reporting Skills Required : PEGA - CUSTOMER SERVICE
